Quest Village III (QVIII) is a 28 unit apartment style development with interior access to each unit. The building is equipped with a fitness center, community laundry room, media room with theater, and a large community room. The energy efficient apartments feature Energy Star appliances and light features, along with low flowing plumbing fixtures. This development completes the five phase revitalization of Rock Street in the Vine City Community of Atlanta, GA. Quest Communities was awarded Department of Community Affairs (DCA) HOME funding to complete the project. Construction completed in May 2013. The Grand Opening, held on April 5th, 2013 went wonderfully, with attendees including funding sources, representatives and clients. The development provides permanent supportive housing for men, women, and veterans.
